Most of my childhood memories are filled with Tommy. He lived just down the road from us. Tommy and my brother, Joe Palm spent every day together. We were stunned to hear the tragic news. There are no words to adequately express our sympathy. Please know we are thinking of you and praying for you.

Tom was my cousin. We have not seen each other in at least 30 years. I am “Katherine Mary”. That is how our family knows me. I am so very sad to hear of the loss of Tom. I am sure Tom Sr., Tim, Danny & Scott and rest of the family are grieving deeply. He is now in the loving arms of our Lord and with his Mother Doris, cousin Patrick and all our other passed family.

Lisa, Kelsey & Julia,
I can tell by the amount of responses you have received how much Tom was loved and will be missed! Please lean on your friends and family at this time and let us know what we can do even if you need a shoulder to cry on!

I will certainly miss Tommy, his parents were friends with mine, this is how we met, we used to swim in their pool and trade hot wheels together, that’s how long I’ve known him, but as we grew older life gets more busy and I lost track of him. I was very surprised at this news, and saddened knowing we lost a great person who was so very nice. You will be missed. John Brock Appleton WI

One of the few times I’ve ever been at a loss for words! My heart is heavy for all, but none more so than for Tom Sr who lost his youngest son and namesake, and all the Girmscheids who lost a little brother. Tommy was the brother I always wanted. I love you man! I’ll buy ya a cold one when we meet again
