(nee DeGroot) November 29th, 2013 age 89. Beloved wife of the late John. Dear mother of David (Diane) and Danny (Edie). Further survived by nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends.
Visitation Friday December 6th from 9:30-10:45AM at Prince of Peace/Principe de Paz, 1138 S. 25th St, with Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM. Interment Mt. Olivet. Polly was a caregiver at St. Ann’s Rest Home for many years. A special thank you to Liberty Square for the care over the last 4 years.
