  • Visitation will take place on Monday, June 16, 2025 from 5 pm – 7 pm at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME (9200 S. 27th St. Oak Creek). Additional visitation will take place on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 from 12 pm – 1 pm at ST. LOUIS CATHOLIC CHURCH (13207 Hwy. G in Caledonia) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 1 pm. Private interment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Ruth Noll (nee Katterhagen)

Passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at age 96 and reunited with her husband, Clifford. Loving mother of Janice (Carl) Hunt, the late Allen (Paula) Noll, Nancy (the late Charlei) Hallberg, Carol (Rick) Lechusz, Ken (Annette) Noll, Don (Anne) Noll, Jim (Vickie) Noll, and Joyce (Greg) Roscizewski. Cherished grandmother to 22 grandchildren, and great-grandmother to 29 great-grandchildren with another great-grandchild on the way. Dear sister to Arlene Fritchen and Mary (Myron) Bohn. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years, Clifford; son, Allen; granddaughter, Nicole Walker (nee Hunt); infant great-granddaughters, Lane and Noah Roscizewski; her parents, Roland and Clara Katterhagen; mother and father-in-law, Clifford and Ruth; brother, Philip (Donna) Katterhagen; sisters, Rose (Nick) Fettes and Shirley (Dennis) Shauer; brother-in-law Milo Fritchen; and in-laws, MaeMarie (Mike) Bodven.

Ruth was born to Roland and Clara on January 24,1929 in Burlington, Wisconsin. She graduated from Union Grove High School in 1946. On November 5, 1949, she and her high school sweetheart, Clifford were married. Together they raised a family, and Ruth was a wonderful homemaker taking care of their 8 children.

She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church since 1954. She also served as a charter member of Caledonia Lioness Club and held many offices.

Her hobbies included baking, embroidering, and enjoying time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

    Please extend my sympathy to the families of the loss of Ruth Noll. I remember Ruth with a smile for everyone. Elaine Bennett {Roman & Verena Ketterhagens daughter.}
