Ronald R. Heritz

• A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Homes, 9200 S. 27th St., Oak Creek, WI.

Ronald “Ronnie” Heritz, born in Milwaukee on August 24, 1959, passed away on May 8, 2026, at the age of 66. He will be remembered with love for his hardworking spirit, kind heart, and the many ways he cared for those around him.

Ronnie was a proud graduate of Franklin High School, Class of 1977. He devoted many years to his work, including 16 years at Hales Corners Block Company and 16 years at Joseph Campione Bakery. In his younger years, he enjoyed baseball, football, and playing pool, and he was always happiest when he was fixing something.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mavin Heritz (née Tess); his sisters, Patricia Datka, Barbara Krause, and Kathleen Pluta; and his brothers, Kenneth and Jeffery Heritz. Also preceded in death by his nephew and niece, Mike Datka and Patricia Hamm.

Ronnie is survived by his brother, Dale Heritz.  Also survived by Todd Atermeier, Craig Atermeier, Joseph Datka, Diana Johnson, and Melissa Punsak, all of whom will cherish his memory.
