- A Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., with a Celebration of Life at 1:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, 9200 S. 27th St., Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Memorial Celebration at Mason’s Eatery & Pub in Kenosha immediately following service.
Gerald M. Dugan
Age 51, of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, passed away in September 2026 after losing his battle with ALS.
Gerald was a loving husband and father, a loyal friend, and a talented web developer, inventor, and creator. Highly intelligent and endlessly creative, Gerald enjoyed working with electronics, woodworking, laser cutting, and 3D printing. He loved music and candy, karaoke and cover bands, chess, playing pool, and classic arcade games. He also loved his Harley Sportster and often wished he had ridden it more. He is also known for his creation, “Barbot,” which along with his unique personality, made every party more fun.
Gerald worked for Executive Director Incorporated (EDI) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Above all, Gerald was devoted to the people he loved. He is survived by his beloved wife, Jaime Dugan (nee Toldness); his loving sons, Colin Dugan and Noah Dugan; and his mother, Paula Matarrese. He is further survived by his sister-in-law, Teresa (Eugene) Vaughan; his in-laws, Greg and Cynthia Aloia; his aunt, Margaret Merlo; his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Sara, Charlotte, and Miles; and many other dear relatives and friends.
