Sheri was a steady customer at evergreen beauty shop. When she would come and visit or get her hair done she would brighten the room. She was very colorful, with her hair bows and exotic regalia. She would always remember a birthday or special day and have a personal gift for the occasion. She was very giving. She also had a sad side she tried to hide from most, because she liked to make you laugh. When she had not come into the shop for a few weeks we were worried something was wrong. When we heard of her passing we were all shocked. She will be missed by all who knew her and experienced her kindness. Rest in peace my friend you will not be forgotten.

Dear Sheri, and family and friends…I’ve known Sheri for only a short 6 years, she was a dear friend of my sister. She was a kind, colorful person and I would love to post this for her:
Safely Home: I am home in Heaven, dear ones; Oh so happy and so bright! There is perfect joy and beauty in this everlasting light. All the pain and grief is over, every restless tossing passed; I am now at peace forever, Safely home in Heaven at last. Did you wonder I so calmly trod the valley of the shade? Oh! but Jesus love illumined every dark and fearful glade. And he came himself to meet me in that way so hard to tread; And with Jesus’ arm to lean on, could I have one doubt or dread? Then you must not grieve so sorely, for I love you dearly still: Try to look beyond earth’s shadows, Pray to trust our Fathers will. There is work still waiting for you, So you must not idly stand; Do it now, while life remaineth – You shall rest in Jesus’ land. When that work is completed, He will gently call you Home; Oh. the rapture of that meeting, Oh, the joy to see you come!……Dear Sheri, rest in peace. we will meet again, Love Nancy
