Passed away Saturday October 4, 2014, age 76 years. Loving husband of Connie(Nee Russo). Father of the late John, Deborah, and Mark Szablewski. Proud grandfather of Colin Joseph. Also survived by other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Visitation will be held Sat. Oct. 11th from 1-3PM at the funeral home. A Memorial Service will follow at 3PM.

Ron was a kind, gentle man. He enjoyed spending family time with activities to the lake, parks, drive-in theaters, camping, fishing and loved going to the Hostess Thrift Shop! Ron was a fan of watching the Brewers, Packers, Pro Golf and his favorite show was the Big Bang Theory. He was creative and spent time with his kids painting ceramics, model cars and he had even made some pretty interesting greeting cards and ‘magazine covers’ with the computer.

His happier days were spent being ‘papa’ to his grandson, Colin. He was ever so patient and loving & taught him all the important things in life like how to play black jack, cribbage and chess. His heart melted every time he spent time with him and it was a joy to see them so close.
