To Barb and Jared:

Rick was my work BFF! I knew he should not have retired! He was loved by everyone and all the Temporary Welders already miss him and send their Condolences. I already miss Rick very much. He will live on in my memory as one of the best recruiters, best friend, all around genuine good, caring and loving person I have ever worked with. I will not be able to carry on Rick’s smartaleck comments in the office which we gave him an award for. I will try to carry on as a great recruiter just like Rick was!

Friend and Co-worker,
