Rebecca “Becky” Ann Kristopeit
Rebecca “Becky” Ann Kristopeit, lovingly known as Becky, passed away on March 16, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on February 2, 1953 and was adopted into Gods’ family by baptism on Feb 16 1953, Becky lived a life defined by love, devotion, and family.
Becky was the beloved wife of James “Jim” Kristopeit and a devoted mother to her son, Aaron (Emily). Her greatest joy and proudest achievement was being a mother and grandmother, a role she embraced wholeheartedly. She cherished every moment with her grandchildren, Aryah and John, who brought immense happiness to her life. Becky especially loved singing hymns to both of them.
She was a loving sister to Anita Sorensen (Gene), John Raabe and Debra Giovinazzo (Paul). Becky was preceded in life by her parents, John Raabe and Lorraine Raabe, whose values of family and love she carried forward every day.
Becky found joy in the simple, meaningful things in life. She enjoyed photography and cross stitch, hobbies that reflected her creativity, patience, and appreciation for beauty in everyday moments. She also had a well‑known love for anything chocolate, a small delight that brought her much happiness and many smiles shared with loved ones.
Above all, Becky will be remembered for her warmth, her unwavering love for her family, and the gentle presence she brought into the lives of those who knew her. Her legacy lives on through the family she loved so deeply and the memories that will forever be held close.
A memorial visitation will be held Wednesday, April 8th, from 9:30am to 11am at Zion Ev. Lutheran Church (3600 S Chicago Ave. South Milwaukee). A memorial service will follow at 11am. Interment will take place at Forest Hill Memorial Park in Oak Creek immediately following the service.
Memorials in Becky’s name are appreciated and can be made out to Wisconsin Lutheran High School Viking Annual Fund or Zion Lutheran Church in South Milwaukee.
We are beyond sad to know that The Beckster is no longer with us, and are only relieved by knowing that she is now free from any pain living in Gods kingdom of Heaven.
