Passed away peacefully Wed. Sept. 28, 2016 age 89yrs. Phyllis was preceded in death by her dear son Bob and her sister Elaine Zamjahn. Loving Grandmother of Jason. She is survived by Jim (Carol) Zamjahn, Jeanne Coughlin, Janet (Jerry) Morris and other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Inurnment Wed. Oct. 26 2016 11AM at Arlington Cemetery (4141 S. 27th St.).
