Patricia “Pat” Stark (nee Gamroth)

Pat, as she was called, passed away quietly on February 28, 2026, at age 92. Born November 26, 1933, in Independence, WI. She was preceded in death by husband Kenneth W. Stark Sr., in 1989. Beloved mother of Lisa (Dale), Karen (Jeff), and Kenneth Jr. (Penny). Also survived by five grandchildren – Katie, Taylor, Nathan, Stephanie, and Payton – and four great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Natalie Gamroth, she was their last surviving child, with 11 siblings passing before her. Pat was a Greendale resident for over 60 years. She was known to customers for decades at the 27th Street branch of First Wisconsin, which became Firstar then U.S. Bank, before retiring there. She enjoyed sewing, crafts and painting, and she loved watching Packers and Badgers games. She was active and lived independently until a few weeks before her passing. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends, particularly at The Berkshire in Greendale, where she last resided and was an avid card player. Per her wishes, a private family service will be held at a later date.
