Patricia Norine
Paro

Paro, Patricia Norine
(nee Chesser) April 30, 2013. Born September 2, 1937 in Jacksonville, Florida. Preceded in death by her husband David C. Paro and Mother Ann Chesser. Beloved mother of Michael (Nancy), David(Audrey), Kevin and Steven (Lynne). Loving grandmother of Rachel(Brian) Dachel, Michael Jr., Matthew, Chad, David, Nicole, Brandon, and Hunter. Great grandmother of Evan, Emma and Carson. Dearest friend and sister-in-law Betty Senft.
As Dave Paro was serving in the Navy in the post Korean War period in Jacksonville, Florida, a young “Patsy” Chesser caught his eye during a stop at the local Krystal Burger. They were married on May 5, 1956 in Georgia. (She was 19, they eloped) They settled on the south side of Milwaukee after his duty and after a few kids became one of the original homeowners in the Cedar Hills subdivision in Oak Creek. That was 1965. The house and her unconditional love became the welcomed constant for her children and grandchildren for the next 48 years.
Her passions included the Packers and cable news. She followed both closely. She mostly enjoyed her solitude but considered a few as close friends and valued the one on one relationships. She worked for Toys R Us and retired from St Lukes Hospital after 25 years.
Her consistent and unwavering love for her sons, grandchildren and great grandchildren was always evident. Indeed, right up to her peaceful death of congestive heart failure at her kitchen table in the hours before dawn. A time of day she cherished most.
Private services were held.
In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation in her name. www.lombardifoundation.org
