Mary Steil

Born to Eternal Life October 1, 2025. Loving mother of Kathryn (Robert) Linneman, Linda Steil, Robert (Lynn) Steil, John (Heidi) Steil, and the late Michael Steil. Further survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.

Family and friends will gather on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Holy Family Parish, 4825 N. Wildwood Avenue in Whitefish Bay from 12:00 Noon until the time of the Mass to celebrate Mary’s life at 12:30 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to WI Humane Society would be appreciated.

I will always remember the wonderful memories of the cookouts we would have at my grandparents house on Sundays with all the cousins. My aunt Mary was a wonderful human being and a beautiful woman. She was nicer than she was pretty and she will miss by the whole family rest in peace, aunt Mary.

It is with great sympathy and sorrow in our hearts to hear of your mother‘s passing. In the Zwief’s experience, she was a darling, sweet lady, who like many of our mothers, had great kindness, patience and care with her children and their friends. We know she’ll be dearly missed, and will keep the Steil family and friends in our thoughts. A donation in your mother‘s name was made to the Wisconsin Humane Society.
