Mary Ellyn Swiger

Born to Eternal Life December 6, 2023 at the age of 76.  Loving wife of Gary.  Beloved mother of Stacey, Kelly, and Paul.  Caring grandmother of Elizabeth and Mason.  Also survived by other relatives and friends.

Memorial visitation will be held on December 30th, 2023, from 10 AM – 11 AM, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (8500 W. Coldspring Rd.).  Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 AM.  Private interment at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.

Mary devoted her whole life to her faith and her family.

Her Catholic faith and devotion to Jesus and the Blessed Mother were at the center of her life, and that flowed through to the dedication she had in being the most loving wife, mom, and grandma. Her mission each day was to make sure her family was happy, healthy, and taken care of. She put everyone else before herself.

Mary always looked forward to her favorite things…. family vacations in Florida, days spent at the Wisconsin State Fair, family dinners with everyone together, sunny days sitting on her porch swing, and day trips to Holy Hill, just to name a few.

Mary was the heart and soul of her family, and she will be deeply missed. Countless memories of her will live on in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her.
