Mary E. Korntved, Milwaukee, passed away unexpectedly on April 28, at the age of 74. She was born in Sturgeon Bay, on January 26, 1946 to Elda P. (Buechner) and Jess W. Korntved.

Survived by her sisters Barbara Korntved, Linda (Kevin) Ziebell, nephew Michael Korntved, neice Tracee (Dennis) Olsen, and great nephews, Derek Olsen and Brian (Taylor) Olsen.  Also fondly remembered by family and friends.  Preceeded in death by her parents, brother and sister-in-law.

Mary spent most of her career in banking services, retiring from Tri City National Bank.  She enjoyed traveling, was a Master Gardener and had a deep love for animals, adopting her dog Ofia two years ago.  She will be missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Mon, July 20, 2020 from 1:00PM to 2:00PM, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 6400 S. Howell Ave, Oak Creek.  A private family memorial service will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church.

    We are so grateful to Mary for all that she did on behalf of the Wilson Center to keep our grounds so incredibly beautiful. She was a true treasure to our community, and her loss is profoundly felt. We will keep her family in our thoughts.
