Saturday Sept 13, 2014 at the age of 31 years. Loving son of Dean (Sue) Zwick and the late Jacalyn Welch. Brother of Andy Zwick. Step brother of Rachel Mottet and Ryan Mottet. Also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Gathering will be held Thursday from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the funeral home followed by a Memorial Service at 6:30 PM.
