Saturday, September 13th, 2014 at the age of 83 years. Beloved husband of Rasma (nee Berzons). Dear brother of Inara (Normunds) Upite. Brother-in-law of Sarmite (Bob) Greenwood, and Maija Lapins. Uncle of Aija, Vija, Inta, and Christian. Godfather of Aija and Indra. Preceded in death by his parents Eriks and Milda Gilis. Also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation Saturday, September 20th, at the Milwaukee Latvian Ev. Lutheran Holy Trinity Church, 1853 N. 75th St., from 10-11AM with funeral service to follow at 11AM. Reception to follow at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Milwaukee Latvian Ev. Lutheran Church appreciated.

Olgerts was born in Latvia, a member of the Fraternity Imantica, and was an avid skier, golfer, hunter, and gardener. He also enjoyed woodworking and proudly served in the US Army.
