Kristen M.
Stachowiak

MEMORIAL VISITATION & MASS- Friday, April 9, 2021 @ St. James Catholic Church (7219 S. 27th St. Franklin) from 10am-11am followed by a Memorial Mass at 11am.

Kristen (Krissy) Stachowiak
Passed away peacefully on March 31, 2021 at the age of 38 with her devoted parents, David
and Mary Stachowiak by her side. Her family takes comfort knowing she is reunited in Heaven
with her grandparents, Milton and Marie, Bernadine and her dear Auntie Peg (Stachowiak) and
Uncle Tom (Riemann).
Lovingly called Krissy, she brought a smile to the faces of all who knew her. She will be
especially missed by her siblings, Dan (Leandra), Kim, and Andy (Kristen).
She was the proud Auntie of Aria, Lyric and Bryce. She will forever be loved by her Papa Al and
her many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and family friends.
Krissy loved spending time rocking in her recliner and indulging in her favorite snacks – chips
and cookies. Her favorite outings were car rides with Mom and Dad. It didn’t matter where they
were going, she was just happy to be out and about with her two favorite people.
Her family is incredibly grateful for the care she has received over the years through Easterseals
and VIP Services in Elkhorn, where she enjoyed spending time with her many friends and staff
members.
A Memorial Visitation will be held Friday, April 9, 2021 from 10am-11am with a Memorial Mass at 11am @ ST. JAMES CATHOLIC CHURCH (7219 S. 27th St. Franklin).
In lieu of flowers, Kristen’s family asks that memorials be directed to VIP Services. Their
mission of empowering people with disabilities to explore and experience endless possibilities is
very meaningful to them and their beloved Krissy.
