Passed away Wednesday, September 18th, 2013 at the age of 71 years. Loving Wife of Douglas. Loving Mother of Tammy(Paul) Weyenberg and Tim Wassom. Grandmother of Scott (Kristen) Ford, Kristen Zancanaro, Bradly Ford, Kaitlyn Weyenberg, Alex Weyenberg and Amber Wassom. Great Grandmother of Hunter and Olivia. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, September 24, 2013 from 3PM-5PM at St. Paul’s Lutheran, 3775 E. Cudahy Ave. A Funeral Service will follow at 5PM.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association appreciated.
