John was such a special man to so many of the people and families at Clement Manor! We all loved him! Best sense of humor and made everyone feel special! We miss him already , but he had a way of making everyone feel like family, and everyone felt better when he started the days with his thumbs up and a smile! The CNA’s and the nurses loved him too! He will forever be remembered by all of us! I know he is so delighted to be with his wife again and that makes this loss easier!
I met john in early feb. of this year as an aid at CM. And loved and adored him instantly. His smile would light up our job so much through out the day.. i would call him sunshine every time i seen him! Us girls miss him so much and he for sure touched our heart. Thank you for being a ray of sunshine and making our days. We love you & miss you John!
I first met John in 1980 when I started working for MFD Shop. John was kind of my mentor. We traveled the City to various firehouses doing repairs to the numerous rigs we had..
John was promoted to the Shop Supervisor then the Fire Equipment Repairs Manager position, of which was the position I retired from in 2010.
RIP John
