Jeffrey A. Jacobsen

September 13, 1975 – April 29, 2026

  Jeffrey Alan Jacobsen, 50, of Mukwonago, passed away unexpectedly on April 29, 2026, leaving this world peacefully surrounded by his family.

Jeff is survived by his mother, Dawn Jacobsen; his sister, Tricia Sherwood; and his niece, Nina Sherwood. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Jacobsen. He is further survived by other relatives and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Born on September 13, 1975, Jeff was a 1994 graduate of Mukwonago High School. He enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, his easy sense of humor, and the deep love he held for the people in his life.

A celebration of Jeff’s life will be held at Heritage Funeral Homes (4800 S. 84^th St. Greenfield) Saturday, October 17^th starting at 3pm.  Friends and family may gather at the funeral home starting at 1pm
