      Paula,

Thank you for your sympathy and comment. This is Rob, Jan’s eldest son. Mom always spoke of the enjoyment she had working with everyone at JC Penney. I was one of her fond memories. Thank you for taking the time to remember her. Bless you and your family!

I was sad to hear of Jan’s passing from my mom (Kay I worked with Jan at JCP when I was in high school and a few years afterwards. Whenever I would stop at the store I would stop and visit with her. She was such a nice person.

Wishing you all sincere sympathy on the passing of your dear Mom, Grandmother and Great- Grandma. I enjoyed volunteering with Jan for many years at Call 4 Action. What I remember is her joyful laugh as well as her determination to help solve consumer’s problems. I know you will miss her and wish you peace. Joanne Roberts
