Dear brother Addy ( Patty), Rich (Sherry), and Tom (Kathy). Loving uncle of Addy Jr., Brett, Stephanie, Lindsay, Blake, Thomas and Kaila. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Family and friends will gather Thursday, April 18 at the Schmidt & Bartlet Funeral Home 10280 N. Port Washington Rd Mequon from 3:00 PM until time of the Memorial Service at 5:00 PM.
