Passed away Monday, June 22, 2009, Age 64. Loving husband of Cynthia Tate nee Rollins. Dear father of Teresa Timothy Shaffer, Cynthia Christopher Fettig, Steven Jacquelene Tate, Lisa Darren Haslbeck, Scott Maria Tate and John Tate. Special grandfather of Liam Wisniewski. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service Monday, 12 noon, at the funeral home. Family will recieve friends from 10AM until the time of service. Interment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
