I absolutely ADORED Elsie, she was always a bright personality to come and work with and even though our time together was short, I always loved being with her and being in her presence. May her kind, loving soul always be with her family, and she will always hold a special place in my heart.
I’ll make sure to celebrate our birthday to the max!
Elsie’s friendship has given me many happy memories. We were neighbors at Bel Oak apartments, During the winter months, Elsie, Virginia, Diane and I would get together once a week to “Beat The Blahs.” We would take turns hosting a meal (with dessert) and then play a dice game. When Virginia and I moved to the Village of Manor Park (VMP), I looked forward to picking up Elsie and Diane to enjoy events at VMP. I could park in the garage, and we would avoid street parking, leave coats in the car and walk to the event.
Elsie’s loving personality reflected her Faith and family. We meet people on our life’s journey who help us along in good times and rough periods. I am blessed to have known Elsie.
