Dear Cele,

I am sorry to hear about Earl passing away, I did not know that he was sick and in the hospital. I was very upset to know that he passed away. I know I bought this house from the both of you, that is where the connection of friends came from. I did not mind Earl coming over to see the house you both built for retirement. I know that he missed this house like you do. But because of health
reasons you had to sell the house. That’s when I came in to the picture, and I am glad to meet people like you because you gave me a chance to see how older people appreciate younger people to take over what they built and enjoy it. I will miss Earl coming over to say, “hi” to me because he is part of this 910 W Oakwood house, so are you. I am missing him. Give me a call if you need anything.
Your friend forever,
Mark Hurley and Family
