One of my last conversations with my mother, we talked about John 14: 1-2. Let not your heart be troubled: you believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. Her voice was filled with excitement and joy knowing that there is a mansion prepared for her. I will cherish her love toward God and the love she gave me,and all of our conversations.
I can’t wait to see what your mansion looks like mother, because I’ll be visiting you everyday. I celebrate you this day and rejoice that you are in our Father’s house. Love always, Terri Lynn

My sister, Dolores, was an extra-special, extraordinary person, who had a strong faith, and love
for God, and her fellow man. She radiated a kind, caring heart, and giving soul, to everyone.
I was blessed to share life with Dolores, over the years, and will always remember and cherish
our time spent together. Now, may Dolores rest, in the arms of our dear Lord, in eternal peace,
in our Father’s house. Our Heavenly Father is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
As our Father says, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
    Love always. Your sister, Darlene

Dolores was such an inspiration to me.. She is the one who brought me back to Christ and the church. I will miss her humor and her quick wit which she had a lot of. A beautiful person inside and out. So glad she is now enjoying her place in heaven. Love ya Ma. Your favorite Son in Law. I wont tell anyone you said that. Don’t worry. Haaaa. Bob Homan

Dolores was a bonus grandma for me and it didn’t take long for me to grow fond of her when she moved to Florida. Her personality was full of light and love, wit and wisdom, and I admired her for her faith and love she had for God. I will cherish the times we had, especially the dinners that she would give my Dad a run for his money with the back and forth banter. She had a great sense of humor! I loved hearing about her family and her stories who made her who she was. I am grateful that she didn’t have to suffer long before she was united with our Lord in the kingdom of heaven. So, to that I say to Dolores, cheers in celebration of the life you lived so well and cheers to the memories that will continue to live on in our hearts and minds. You will be missed, but I know you are doing a little dance up there right now and watching over us. ❤️

    Always,
    Your bonus granddaughter,
    Erica N Homan

I was fortunate enough to see Dolores the last time she came to Milwaukee in Aug. 2021. We had good conversation and she radiated happiness and her love of God.
