Born to Eternal Life September 22, 2012 at the age of 60. Loving father of Jessica Guziewski. Dear brother of Edward Louise Guziewski. Caring uncle of Teri John Caya and Steve Sarah Guziewski. Beloved great-uncle of Michael, Nicole, and Liliana. Also survived by aunts, uncle, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, from 9:30 AM – 11 AM, at ST. JOHN KANTY CHURCH 966 W. Dakota St.. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 AM. Entombment at St. Adalbert Cemetery.

Dennis was a member of St. John Kanty Church as an active parishioner, teacher, and coach. Memorials appreciated to St. John Kanty School for the girls basketball program. Memorials should be payable to St. John Kanty School.
