A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 from 10:00am – 12:00pm with a service at 12:00pm at OUR SHEPHERD LUTHERAN CHURCH 5901 Westway, Greendale WI, 53129. A Private burial will be held at a later date at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
Carol Weber (née Flower), 75, passed away on September 4, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born November 5, 1950, to Raymond and Betty Flower, Carol lived a life rooted in faith, family, and quiet service. She was a devoted wife to William H. Weber for 49 years and a loving mother and grandmother. Her family was her greatest treasure. She loved her husband, her children, and her grandchildren with her whole heart, and she loved being there for their sports and activities.
Carol was a strong woman of faith who loved Jesus. She attended church and Bible class regularly, read her Bible, cherished Christian music and hymns, and prayed faithfully for others. When she was young she sang in the church choir and played church bells. Her family rests in the sure hope that she is now home with the Lord.
She worked as a nurse until her retirement and was known for her care for others, her clean and welcoming home, and her gift as a hostess. She always kept the pantry stocked with treats. She enjoyed puzzles, walking, going to the beach, bird watching, fireworks, and following General Hospital. She loved traveling, including trips to Colorado to visit her sister and trips to Alaska, Arizona, and Las Vegas, and camping with family and friends. In her younger years she was part of a ski club. She had a sweet tooth for white-chocolate-covered pretzels, Tootsie Rolls, licorice, taffy, popcorn, corn on the cob, and Italian sausage.
Carol is survived by her husband, William H. Weber; her two children, Brian Weber and his wife Tamika, and Kelly Olszewski and her husband Joe; and her five grandchildren, Hannah, 19; Aaliyah, 16; Austin, 14; Grace, 13; and Emily, 11. She is also survived by her brother Bob Flower and her sister Sue Tomika.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Betty Flower, and her brother Al Flower.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Our Shepherd Lutheran Church, 5901 Westway, Greendale, Wisconsin. The funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Word Today, the radio ministry of Our Shepherd Lutheran Church. Checks may be made payable to The Word Today and left at the funeral, or mailed to The Word Today, P.O. Box 77, Greendale, WI 53129.
CAROL WAS A SPECIAL LADY AND WILL BE MISSED BY ALL WHO KNEW HER. ESPECIALLY THE GRANDCHILDREN WE SHARED. LOVED SHARING PUZZLES AND CONVERSATIONS WITH. HER. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR HEARTS AND PRAYERS.
Carol was a part of our Bible study group at church and was truly a sister in Christ. It won’t seem the same without her. What a special lady and friend. We rejoice with her that she has a new home in Heaven but will miss her here on earth. May God comfort all of her family.
Carol was an awesome women to work with. We shared many laughs together in the clinic and outside… She will be greatly missed.. sorry I can’t be with you all during this time just know that I am praying for you all…

Mary Werwie (Steen), myself and Carol were roommates back in the 70’s when we all belonged to the Sitzmark Ski Club. We had so much fun traveling to different ski hills in Wisconsin and upper Michigan. I can’t forget all the parties we went to back then. Our apartment was across from Milwaukee Timmerman Field. Carol had just met her husband Bill. Bill had already committed to going on a Colorado ski trip and they couldn’t spend New Year’s together. ringing in 1976. Carol and I went to one of her hospital friends New Year’s eve home party where I met my husband of 49 years Tim.
My deepest condolences to Bill, Brian and Kelly for your loss. Keep your memories close to your hearts. Carol is with you always.
I had the pleasure of working with Carol for quite a few years, and seeing her from time to time after her retirement. When we would get together, she would always take the time to hear how I was doing and offer to pray for me and my family. Carol had a great sense of humor and was someone who was truly an authentic person. She had a great love for her family and was a strong Christian woman. Carol was a good friend and will be greatly missed. Thinking of and praying for her family and friends.
I knew Carol briefly and the few times we talked she shined Christs love to all. She loved her kids with a fervent love and was so proud of them. She raved about how much she loved them and was always praying for them. As I hear more and more stories about her adventures it is so clear she was such a woman of God and led such a life well lived for Christ. You all are in our prayers! Know she is celebrating with her true father, Jesus Christ, in heaven and having the best days of her eternity with Him.
I was very sad to learn of Carol’s passing.
We were best friends for many years. Graduated together from West Division H.S. and stood up in her wedding to Bill. We shared apartments after graduation.
I looked her up hoping to find her and have a conversation. So sorry I didn’t do it sooner. Thank you for being my friend all those years, Carol.
