Passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack July 6, 2020 at the age of 63. Preceded in death by his parents John and Josephine Collura (nee Catanese). Beloved brother of the late Fran (Bob) Kessler, Mary (Tony) Logue, Sal (Mickey) Collura, John Collura and JoMarie (Jeff) Marron. Godson of Fran Boyles. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Blase was a proud 1975 graduate of Messmer High School.

Due to COVID-19, private family services are being held.
