- A Tribute to Tony event will be announced shortly.
Anthony “Tony” G. Henika
Passed away peacefully at home on October 3rd, 2026, at the age of 71. Survived by his loving wife Linda (nee Madson) of 41 years. Loving dad to Mike (Megan), and Nick. Brother of Joe (Shirley) and the late Greg and Kathy. Brother-in-law to Ellen and Jim. Son of the late George and Pauline (nee Pyle). Further survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Tony lived a life centered around family, hard work, helping others, and—of course—having a little fun along the way.
For more than 30 years, Tony ran his own private practice, providing both accounting and legal services. Throughout those years, he had the opportunity to help countless people. He took pride in his work and in being someone others could turn to when they needed guidance, advice, or simply someone in their corner.
But perhaps nothing meant more to Tony than his home and his family. He grew up on the same 12 acres that became such an important part of his life. That property was his pride and joy. It was where he raised his family, and where multiple generations were fortunate enough to grow up and make memories together.
Tony was happiest outdoors, especially when he had a tractor to drive or a chainsaw in his hands. He loved working the land, cutting down trees, and staying busy.
Family was at the center of Tony’s world. He loved his extended family and bringing everyone together, especially for the holidays.
Tony was also a proud Packers fan and a Marquette basketball fan, with the 1977 NCAA National championship win for Marquette over the North Carolina Tarheels being one of those victories that stayed with him. Tony was funny, quick-witted, and truly one of a kind. He was a character in every sense of the word. He could be inappropriate—but always in the best possible way.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Jennifer for all of her support to Linda and Tony during this time.
