Tom so loved his family, including his AFS foreign exchange students. He also enjoyed gourmet cooking, wine making, traveling, family ancestry, and always had a wealth of useless knowledge to share.
He was a committed colleague to those at Gorman & Company.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Mark’s Episcopal Church or to the charity of your choice.
My deepest condolences to all who knew and loved Tom. Tom was treasure, and I feel privileged to have known him and worked along side him. If I had known the last time I talked to him would be the last time I’d talk to him, I would have thanked him for being such a patient and kind teacher, for the great collaboration on our projects, the thoughtful conversations, for having such a huge impact on my professional growth, and for the friendship. Tom, you will truly be missed.
I didn’t have the privilege of knowing Tom, but I know his daughter Gina as a friend and colleague, and her kindness and strength speak volumes of the love and values she was raised with by Tom and Linda.
Sending my deepest condolences to the full family. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers and lighting a candle in Tom’s memory ❤️

I am a step cousin of Tom’s,. While I hadn’t seen him in years, he and his sisters were wonderful people from a fine, loving family. Their parents, Eddy and Doris, were very cool parents who treated me like family. I am so sorry for all of you. Tom was taken far too soon.
Oh Piacentines our prayers and love is with you! Tom was an amazing man, kind to all around him. We know he will be missed by you and so many others.
Love Lyn and Jim

I am stunned and so sorry to hear about Tom’s passing when it was announced in the prayers at Hales Corners Lutheran this morning. He was such a kind and good man that pointed people to Jesus through word and action. He was generous with his time and was one of two friends who helped me move apartments in 2005 when I was about to get married. .
I am so sorry for your loss. Tom was a wonderful man to work with and I can only imagine the type of person he was to those closer to him. Continued prayers for you and your family during this healing process.
My condolences to the Piacentine family.
I met Tom through the AC Tennis Club 40 years ago, where we later drove to Florida to attend a tennis camp. Our lives eventually separated while pursuing careers and families, though we reconnected later in life. I remember when Tom drove up in his screaming yellow Fiat; what a conversation starter! I do not recall meeting the family, but I certainly experienced the adventures and devotion through Tom.
I will miss our yearly get-togethers and the sharing of life’s adventures. May he rest in peace from a life well lived. His friend, James
Linda- I am sorry to hear of Tom’s passing. My heart goes out to you and your family.
With my deepest condolences, Marie
