Passed away September 26, 2020 at the age of 80. Preceded in death by her parents Henry and Bertha. A visitation will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020, from 11 AM – 1 PM at the funeral home with a funeral service to follow at 1 PM. Private Interment.
Yvonne was the 9th child of 10 siblings which preceded her in death. She was born and raised in Carthage Mississippi and attended Tougaloo college. She enlisted in the service for many years and upon her honorable discharge continued working for the government as a computer programmer for over 20 years. When relaxing her favorite sport was fishing. Yvonne would often take several weekend fishing trips and always manage to catch trophy fish which she would never let you forget….
Yvonne was a warm, sweet person and will be missed by her friends and family..
I have shared many good times and have pleasant memories of my favorite Aunt Yvonne. Her kindness and gentle ways will always be remembered. We love you, we miss you, and will we never forget you.
