Passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2016, age 75 years. Father of Sarah Urban, Jeff (Lisa) Bell, Denise Mierow, and Coleen (Matthew) Warzala. Grandfather of Jackson, Jake, Kaden, Brad, and Dillon. Brother of Kathy Bell, Tim Bell, Debbie(Russ) Jaeger, and Barb Eichstaedt. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A Memorial Visitation will be held Friday from 2-3 PM at the Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow at 3PM.
