We’re saying goodbye to Virginia,
She passed on March 9th, 2026 at 92 years old.
She’ll now spend time with Jesus and reunite with her family that has passed before.

A daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
She’s survived by her husband Dale – married for 72 years, her children – Mark, Michael, and Pamela, and her granddaughter Lillie.

Also survived by her extended family with roots in the UP of Michigan, where her Grandmother Christine Haas migrated to from Germany.

Virginia always put family first.
Between her and Dale, her children never wanted for much.

I remember the summer vacations – packing up the car and heading to different parts of the country. The AAA Trip-tick and state maps were the preferred method of navigation back then.

The card games at home and the laughter and joking that was just part of the evening.
I’m grateful for the times I’ve been fortunate enough to spend with her.
We are all headed for the same place, mom just beat us there.
I’ll be seeing you soon enough mom…
