Passed away on February 20th, 2014 at the age of 31. Loving son of Jamie (Gary) Lemons and Daniel (Kim) Coulombe. Brother of Brad Justice of Illinois and Michael (Lindsey) Coulombe. Step-brother of Nate Lemons, and Alesha Lemons of Ohio. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Memorial service to be held at a family home on Saturday February 22nd at 3PM.
