She referred to us as “co-grandma’s”. We shared a love for our grandson Jacob. I adored her spirit, spunk, sense of humor and her funny stories. I am deeply saddened by the loss of Tina and Bernie (Papa Bernie). Two wonderfully, delightful people.

We were great friends since we were only ten years old. She was the kind of person who, if you were lucky enough to have her call you “friend,” you had it made. She boosted your ego with heartfelt compliments, helped whenever you needed it, listened to all your stories and made you laugh. I will think of you and miss you every day, sweet friend.

After many years Tina and I were reconnecting while I was back in Wisconsin. It was great to talk with her and Bernie, to hear about their lives and activities. She and Bernie were fine people. I’ll miss her.

Prayers are with you at this time of loss. There’s a void in our lives. I’ll miss getting together for lunch. Should have gotten together a lot more. Thought we had more time. Tina, you’re celebrating your birthday in a better place with your mother. We’ll see you again. God bless. Janine
