Timmons Wells Jr.

Passed away on April 18, 2026, at age 80. Loving dad to Mortima Wells. Cherished grandpa to Christopher Watts, Heaven Faison, and Mia Faison. Great-grandpa to Skylen Rouzan and Hassan Rouzan. Dear brother to Katie Wells, Henrietta Beck, and Chester Wells. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives, and friends.

Timmons graduated from Booker T. Washington High School of Louisiana, in 1964. He then received multiple certificates and diplomas recognizing his skills in manufacturing and building. He went on to work in custodial work, security, and general warehousing.

Timmons enjoyed playing the harmonica, watching his favorite movies and shows with Perry Mason, and some gardening. Timmons was an avid collector of coins and stamps; he had many limited edition coins. Also, he had an interest in capturing nature’s beauty with photography.

Something Timmons will be remembered for are his eloquent letters that he would write on his stationery.
