Richter, Thomas A.
66, died peacefully at home on Jan. 15, 2014. After inspiring students as a Rufus King High School English teacher, Tom devoted his retirement years to spending time with family and volunteering as a historian for St. Martin of Tours Cemetery. He also served on the board of Friends of Calvary Cemetery. He is survived by his beloved wife Elaine of nearly 43 years; children Jen (Ben) Wohlers and Tim (Jen); grandchildren August, Ayrton and Marty; and mother-in-law Helen. He is further survived by his brother Dennis (Arlene), sister Judy (Norman) Stys, nieces, nephew, other relatives and many friends. Tom/Dad/Grandpa/Opa: We love you and miss you greatly.

Visitation Tuesday at the FUNERAL HOME from 4-7PM and again Wednesday from 10-11AM at St. Martin of Tours (7963 S. 116 St., Franklin) followed by the Mass of Christian Burial 11AM. Interment St. Martin of Tours Church Cemetery. Memorial donations to St. Martin of Tours Cemetery Fund or Friends of Calvary Cemetery appreciated.
