Past Comments

Sister Mary Peter thank you for all you did for the world. Thank you for dedicating your life to God so boys like me, and my many brothers at Hanna Boys Center, can feel a sense of hope and love in our lives. You always held a special place in my heart. I was rough and tough and hard to deal with, but you taught me respect, hard work, dedication, love and faith. My relationship with God, really started with you at Hanna. You helped me understand that life is what I make of it not what was given to me. I wish you could have known how much you meant to me when I was younger, but that kid was hurt, troubled and scared. However, with the love of you and the many other staff and teachers at Hanna Boys Center, it turned that scared boy, into a loving, caring, compassionate and motivated man. I hope I have as big of an impact on troubled youth as you did which is a goal I will strive to accomplish.

Thank you and God Bless You, enjoy your seat in the sky while we all make you proud.
