Lenora now shines down upon us in the rainbow, in Tao’s blue sky over the mountains, in the yellow Aspen leaves peering through the giant Pondarosa Pines, and in the Mourning Doves and Magpies sending messages in song from heavenly places.
She seems to shine from wherever we look, and she will live in our hearts forever.

Sister Lenora (or Theresa – her birth given name) is sadly the last daughter of Wolfgang and Margaret Maier of Cross Plains, WI to exit this life that she knew for 86 years. She now joins her loving parents and 8 siblings, Sue, Herman, Bertha, Frannie, Ben, Joe, Aloyious, and her most recent loss, Mary (her next oldest sister who passed in Jan.) They are all having a wonderful family reunion, as they are finally reunited in God’s loving kingdom. We are happy Aunt Lenora can finally join them all, but are saddened that the last of the Wolfgang Maier family is no longer with us. My condolences to all of her “SSSF family” as I’m sure they are feeling the loss as well. RIP, Aunt Sister Lenora, you certainly deserve to rest in peace after all of those dedicated years to the SSSF. We look forward to meeting up with you and all of your wonderful siblings again someday. Say hi to brother Mike for me. Love you Aunty, your niece, Mary Ann

I always enjoyed the company of Sr. Lenora. She was so insightful and always asked thought provoking questions. She was truly special. I will miss her.
