Richard, Randy, Dee Dee, Denise and Families –My deepest sympathy for the loss of your mother. I remember your mother as a very quiet and soft spoken person who was always kind and gentle. Your mother was a beautiful person inside and out. Those summer vacation days in the neighborhood are definitely memories I will always cherish. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. “Mrs Wahl” was my “other mom” growing up. I have so many childhood memories of her. Her artistic talents, like the paintings she had in the living room that she was working on and the only basement I ever saw with cool colored dots painted everywhere. Her immaculate garden with neat rows of beautiful plants. Her health advice, which I think of every time I eat an almond. Her “fancy” salads she made when I was invited to stay for dinner. And she always asked what I wanted for my birthday…and I remember her getting it for Denise to gift to me. I lost touch with her in later years, but I will always cherish the memories I have of her and the love she shared. My deepest sympathies to all the family.

I remember Shirley’s kindness when I was having trouble with arthritic pain. She was so kind to bring me a salve that she found to be helpful. I was so impressed with her caring and thoughtfulness and will remember her with fond memory. Mary Ellen Joncas
