As one of Sharon’s step children I remember how she welcomed us into her home. She was a great cook and baker. For our birthdays she would make us our favorite meal and bake us a special cake. She would create a treasure hunt for us to find our presents. At Easter she would also create a treasure hunt for us to find our Easter baskets. We went on camping trips with her and our dad. We also went on vacation to Florida. She was always there to talk to when needed. Thank you Jim and Fran, Carol and Ed for always making us feel like part of your family. Sharon is at peace now and reunited with our dad.

Sharon and I are Cathedral classmates, 1958. Sharon was the editor of our high school paper and wrote a “gossip” column for the paper, The Cathedral Tower. She had a wry sense of humor. We worked on the reunion committee for

our 35th reunion. Sharon attended our 50th reunion in Oct of 2008. I am sorry that Sharon is no longer with us but happy that she is no longer suffering. Hey, Sharon , say “hello” to Sister Mary Rose.
