Salazar, Samuel C. “Sam”
Beloved husband of Kathy L. Trudel Salazar crossed over to Heaven on April 17, 2017 at the age of 63 years. Loving father of Adam (Stephanie), Deanna (Gene), John, Katie (Wendy) and the late Janet. Proud grandpa of Aiden, Jashawn and Carmen. Further survived by his brothers, sisters and extended family.
Visitation at the Funeral Home Tuesday April 25 from 10:00 AM – 11:45 AM, Funeral Service at 12 Noon. Interment Highland Memorial Park.
Special thanks to many friends from the Ho Chunk Nation and to Sam’s caring medical team. Sam lives on in our hearts. He was a transplant recipient and donor, and lives on by giving the gift of life.
