MENTINK, SALLY L., age, 60 years, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2004.
Sally was proud to be an outstanding member of Raymond 4H, a graduate of Racine Lutheran High School, a retired employee of J.I. Case Company, a past Town of Raymond Town Clerk, and Owner of South 40 Antiques and Papa’s Country Furniture.
Beloved wife of Dale. Dear mother of AnnetteMarkPolasky and Paulette Bill Seeley. Loving grandmother of Kristen Polasky, Alexander Polasky, Melissa Polasky and Nicholas Seeley. Step-grandmother of Heather Seeley, Anthony Waite, Paul Seeley, and Krystal Seeley. Step-great-grandmother of three. Dear daughter of Dorothy nee Bruening and the late Harald Estberg.
Funeral Service Tuesday morning, Feb. 24, 2004 11:00 AM at ST. JOHN’S EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 10302 S. 27th St., Oak Creek, with the Rev. Dale Reckzin officiating. Interment to follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Monday from 4 until 8PM and Tuesday at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM. If so desired, memorials to St. Johns’s Ev. Lutheran Church or to the Town of Raymond Fire and Rescue Department appreciated.
