Our beautiful mother, Ruth Kush, jumped into Jesus’s waiting hands at the age of 88.9 years on August 27, 2016 surrounded by love and is now dancing the “Stevens Point Oberek” with her favorite dance partner and late husband, Peter Kush. Ruth was also preceded in death by her parents, Margaret and Stephen Burch, sister, Dolores Nelson and granddogs Moosewood and Claudia.

Ruth is survived by son, John and his mate, Becky Barlow, her children Phillip and Kate (of Auburn, AL), daughter, Margaret (Joan), Milwaukee, granddog, Timber, brother-in-law, Peter Nelson, and many dear family members and friends.

Much thanks to all those who cared for Ruth: Dr. Sinopoli, Horizon Hospice team – Alyse, Toi, Stephanie, Lisa, Elena and Stowell team – Theresa, Verlinda, Ruth, Sabrina, Shannon, Tyesha and Jennifer.

Visitation Thurs. Sept. 8, 2016 at Three Holy Women Parish – Holy Rosary Church, 2011 N. Oakland Ave. from 3:00 PM until the time of the Funeral Mass at 5:00 PM. Interment Pine Hill Cemetery, Armstrong Creek, WI.

Remember Ruth when you look to the stars, see a bald eagle, dance a Polish style polka or take a slug of blackberry brandy. Sto lat.
