Roger Paul Hopfensperger fell asleep in death in the comfort of his home on March 8th, 2025, after a long struggle with heart failure. Roger was born March 25, 1943, in Marinette, WI to Julius & Margaret (Deschaine) Hopfensperger. He graduated from Marinette High in 1961.

The company is now owned and operated by his son, Frederick & his wife, Mary. In May of 1982 Roger was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He was always active in the field ministry and took every opportunity to share his Kingdom hope with others.

Roger had many hobbies he enjoyed during his long life. He loved working in his yard, spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, traveling the country with his wife and going on camping trips, and working on remodeling projects around his beautiful home.

I have such wonderful memories of my brother,,Roger.
He so loved to build things, he made my sister Pat and I such fun houses, tunnels! He even builder a raft, we had a small lake near the house, and the three of us would go on it, what great memories!
Even as we got older, he was always there for us.
He will be deeply missed, but will always be close in my heart!

My sincere sympathies to families and friends. Roger was a great neighbor. He was always friendly and helpful. He and Fred gave me good advice and if he was in the yard, I could count on a wave as I drove by. I regret that I’m unable to attend his funeral.
