Robert was a retired Air Force Lt. Colonel, WWII Veteran and POW. His family would like to extend special thanks for the wonderful and loving support received from his church, dedicated caregivers and health professionals at Aurora Health Care during the final years of his life. Abiding faith in his Lord and Savior, Jesus Church, has most certainly assured him everlasting peace in heaven.

Ann (Povlick) Cloyd

Kathy, Bob and families,
It is with great sadness and shock that I received the news of Uncle Bob’s passing. I spoke with him a few weeks ago and he was, as usual, upbeat and with a sense of vitality; he especially spoke with pride and hope about the grandchildren and their futures. Uncle Bob, your humble and hardworking Father, has always been a family focused man, grounded in faith and he blessed our family by being a cornerstone for many years. We will miss him tremendously but believe that he is at peace with Aunt Grace, catching up with the other departed aunts and uncles and, perhaps, raising a little havoc with my Dad. I am making every attempt to get to Milwaukee to pay my respects but, if not possible, Carol joins me in extending our sincerest sympathy to each of you.
Condolences and sympathy,
Ann, Dan, Bess and Lainey Cloyd and Carol Povlick
