Age 83, born March 11, 1928. Passed away peacefully October 21, 2011, with his wife Edith by his side. Cherished father of Linda Silverstein, Steven Silverstein and Laurie (Simon) Watt. Loving grandfather of Erin Watt, Geoffrey (Alexandra) Watt and Claire Silverstein. Dear brother of Nancy (Harvey) King. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

After graduating law school at the University of Wisconsin, Bob became a member of the State Bar in 1951, practicing principally criminal law in Milwaukee until his health failed. He was politically active, participating in many progressive causes in Wisconsin. He was also a member of Congregation Emanu-El B’Ne Jeshurun and a member of the Jewish community. Friends will miss his wit, humor and story-telling.

Funeral Services 1:30 PM, Monday, October 24 at the Funeral Home. Interment Spring Hill Cemetery. Following the burial Shiva will be held at 4 PM in the Rubenstein Room at Chai Point 1400 N Prospect Ave
