Funeral Service followed by Military Honors: 12:00 Noon

Richard “Rick” “Babe” Rick left this earth peacefully on April 6, 2026; age 92 years. Rick was the beloved husband of Nancy for 68 wonderful years. Together, they built a life centered on love and family. He was a devoted father to Mark (Lori) Rick and Cheryl (Tim) Sievert. He was the proud grandfather of Danielle Rohrscheib, Kasie (Josh) Kollmann, Evan, Lindsey, Ashley, and Abbey Sievert, Matthew and Amanda Rick. He was the doting great-grandfather of Kiley and Brody Rohrscheib and Mason and Hadley Kollmann. He is further survived by other relatives and many dear friends.

Rick proudly serviced in the United States Army. He had a strong work ethic; dedicating 37 years of his career to Allen Bradley.

Rick was a huge Milwaukee Brewers fan, but his greatest joy in life was spending time with his grandchildren. He never missed a sporting event, dance recital, or any special moment in their lives. He was their biggest supporter – always present, always proud and likely carrying their photos in his wallet wherever he went.

Visitation at Heritage Funeral Home, 4800 S. 84th Street – Greenfield on Wed. April 22, 2026, from 10:00AM until the time of the Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon. The Service will be followed by Military Honors to commemorate Rick’s service to our country. Private entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
